returns policy
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your order, please contact us via email info@glow-box.co.uk for more information including your order number.

We can accept returns within our 30 days after sales period from the date you received your purchased items. Our returns policy is subject to exceptions on certain products but not limited to Tanning Sprays, bundles containing tanning sprays and Juicy Drops due to hygiene reasons even if unopened.

Glow Box does not offer a free returns service and the shipping cost is at the buyer’s expense. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your Statutory Consumer Rights.

By original condition we mean:

Item has been kept in original packaging, in good condition and can be resold.

The item has not been removed from the cellophane or used.
If items are received back to us damaged, or missing items from bundles we can make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 days of receiving the items back. Once processed a refund minus shipping shall be credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to info@glow-box.co.uk please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require the product to be returned to us for further examination. We cannot accept claims of items being damaged, broken or missing after this time. By purchasing any of our products the buyer accepts our return policy.
